During the initial consultation a new client will meet with one of our professional hardscape designers who will listen to their needs, wants, and tastes in order to create a design option that is appropriate for each situation. Once a scope of design work is agreed upon, the site will be expertly measured and photographed in order to create a functional base map. The base map will then be used to create a conceptual plan that expresses what the client and designer discussed during the initial consultation. Once the conceptual plan is complete, the designer will again meet with the client in order to make final revisions, review all aspects of the plan, and present price estimates.
